Onboard Business Center

Viking Neptune has a great on-board business center that includes five desk top computers with full internet access, and two laser jet printers attached to the desk top computers. This is very helpful for printing excursion itineraries, boarding passes or any other documents that need to be printed during the voyage. The printers only do black and white printing, but that has met all of our needs. There have been a few documents that we have received via email that I’ve wanted to print so, I’ve gone down to the business center, signed into my online email account and printed the documents. Most of the email domains offer online sign-in to your accounts, so it might be a good idea before you depart for your cruise to make sure you know how to access you e-mail account through the internet. My email is on Gmail which I normally access through my iPhone email or Microsoft Outlook on my laptop. However, I can also sign into my Google Account from any computer and access my email via the internet giving me access to documents sent to me via email.

  2. I think so. I’m not suggesting you have to use gmail, I was using that as an example, because that is what I use. And remember I’m only talking about the business center computers in this post. You will be able to use you own devices on the ships wifi. I only use the office center when I want to print something.
